Carmen C. Ray is a mother, entrepreneur, and a professional development specialist. As the President and CEO of Rays of Hope Parent Empowerment Services , Ms. Ray’s primary focus is parent/family empowerment.

As CEO of Rays of Hope, Ms. Ray is committed to sharing her knowledge by teaching, guiding and coaching professionals on how to become experts in the science and art of family restoration and healing within challenged neighborhoods and communities. She utilizes evidence and strength based approach programming to help strengthen families, as well as family service organizations. This is done through workshops, seminars and retreats conducted by Ms. Ray and her team of experts.

Her understanding of early childhood education programs and experience with family services has benefited Headstart organizations, public schools, hospitals, the Department of Correction, family and group child care centers. With Ms. Ray’s extensive networking, she has been able to move over 1000 adults, children, family and organizations beyond their current circumstances and closer to their soul purpose.
